Tracking-up Magazine

Tracking-up was a very popular hard-copy, subscription equestrian magazine. Published by Susan McBane, Lesley Skipper and myself (Anne Wilson). It was published quarterly from 2008 until 2024; in all 61 issues. The purpose of the magazine was to further best practice horse knowledge, including classical riding, feeding, the workings of the horse's mind, and any subject relating to the welfare of the horse. We did not accept any paid advertising, in order to be able to say whatever needed to be said on behalf of horses.

In 2022 we suffered the extremely sad loss of Lesley Skipper, whose passing is sorely missed. Susan McBane and I tried to soldier on with the magazine but found it impossible without Lesley's computer and IT skills. Therefore we had to cease publication.

For many years we ran in conjunction with Sylvia Loch and The Classical Riding Club, until Sylvia's semi retirement.

I have many of these hard copy magazines for sale, going right back to the beginning. They include important articles from well known authors such as Susan McBane, Lesley Skipper and myself, as well as many from Sylvia Loch and other prestigious writers from the Classical world.

We are offering these back-numbers now at the very low price of £2 per copy, plus postage, which varies from time to time according to the Royal Mail costs, and whereabouts in the world they are to be sent.
